The indoor water park was a highlight for the kids. Check-in took way too long, almost an hour. Live music was nice, but staff was unhelpful when it came to billing issues. Arcade had a lot of fun options, but we had to wait too long for food at the restaurant. Room design was ok, but we were given a room on the ground floor despite paying extra for a balcony room.
